Health improving water !

The special health-improving quality of the water is due to its high sulphide concentration and trace elements (fluor, zinc, selenium). Sulphur is present in the water in the form of dissolved gas, which can be absorbed through the skin and the respiratory tracts to affect the metabolism of the harmed tissues. The 62 °C warm medicinal water breaks to the surface from 50-70 meters of depth for your undisturbed recreation and relaxation. A steam and gas layer of 10-30 centimetres thick above the pool is enhancing the beneficial effect on your health.

Aqua fittness music

The spa offers two crystal-clear pools all the year round. These pools have 5000 m2 of water surface for therapeutic bathing. We do not recommend swimming in the medicinal water, therefore, our pools equipped with seats around. The 110-153 centimetres deep water, however, provides the free space for swimming for those who would prefer to do so. We recommend using our tubs for those guests who want to enjoy the effect of the medicinal water individually. The music guided water gymnastics has recuperative and health-improving benefits. Daily sessions starting at 11.00 and 15.20 o'clock are supervised by a specialist. This service is free of charge for all age groups of guests.

What is the characteristic of the medicinal water?

The sulphuric content exists in various forms in the medicinal water. It can be gas, as carbon sulphide (COS), hydrogen sulphide (H2S) and colloidal sulphur. The raito of these compunds influences the clearness of the water. When the water is clear. limpid there is more gaseous sulphur in it, when it is opaque the rate of the colloidal sulphur content is higher. The healing power of the two forms is equal. Fresh medicinal water is being filled continously into the pools all day and in consequence of it the colour of the water can change.
